National Program Director of Industrial Design

Responsibilities

• Lead the national academic strategy for the Industrial Design program to ensure curricular quality and innovation.
• Design and deliver rigorous learning experiences aligned with international academic excellence standards.
• Strengthen the program's academic differentiation and alignment with global industry trends.
• Generate institutional impact through relevant research, academic production, and industry engagement.
• Collaborate with Regional Deans and academic leaders to ensure consistent strategy implementation across all regions.
• Monitor and fulfill key performance indicators related to academic performance, employability, and program positioning.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Design or a closely related field.
• Proven leadership experience in academic or professional settings.
• National or international distinction in the discipline (research, consultancy, or leadership in prestigious institutions).
• Experience in academic administration and management processes.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level or 550 TOEFL points).
• An extensive professional and academic network at both national and international levels.
