National Manager Services (AMC)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets for AMCs and ongoing service contracts
• Expand service portfolio including Managed Services and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions
• Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key enterprise clients to demonstrate ROI and review SLA performance
• Analyze service metrics, ticket volumes, and contract profitability to refine offerings and prepare revenue forecasts
• Coach and monitor regional service sales teams to ensure they exceed quarterly and annual targets
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from identifying new AMC expansion opportunities to overseeing renewals
• Handle high-level negotiations to close complex, SLA-backed service agreements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve end-to-end service sales and onboarding processes

Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B service sales with success in Annual Maintenance Contracts or Managed Services
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA highly preferred
• Experience in AV integration, IT infrastructure, Unified Communications, or Building Management Systems
• Proven track record of mentoring regional teams and driving national revenue
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
