About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the firm-wide Mental/Behavioral Health Market with responsibility for over $10.0M in annual revenue
- Develop and implement submarket business plans focused on growth, resource needs, and brand opportunities
- Drive strategic client positioning to achieve a minimum 10% year-over-year submarket growth
- Manage top-line development with a personal goal of $5.0M in net signed fees per year
- Act as a brand ambassador through speaking engagements, writing, and industry visibility
- Lead, mentor, and recruit high-performance diverse teams
- Ensure bottom-line success by meeting firm profitability goals
- Partner with clients at the highest levels on billable project-specific work
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or a relevant field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Mental/Behavioral Health Market within the A/E/C industry
- Proven track record in strategic growth, market leadership, and business development
- Exceptional client and people leadership skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to execute strategy
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage risk and mitigation
- Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering
- Additional relevant certifications or training
- 20+ years of related experience
