National Key Account Manager Vending

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of Red Bull's commercial strategy within the vending channel.
• Manage the vending team to achieve sales, volume, and profitability targets.
• Develop short- and medium-term customer strategies to ensure product presence in all vending machines.
• Analyze data sources to identify growth opportunities and prepare sales forecasts.
• Manage the annual negotiation process with key customers and prepare trade spend budgets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and On Premise departments to implement campaigns and activations.
• Monitor and adjust volume and profitability targets using existing sales reports.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in account management.
• Proven team management skills, ideally within the FMCG or beverage industry.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop strategic, commercially focused plans and understand financial implications.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver clear and empowering strategies.
• University degree.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel 40-50%.
