About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel from specific client organisations
- Identify modernisation opportunities within Schindler Key Accounts
- Manage existing customer relationships and maximise customer experience
- Act as the interface between customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Coach and mentor national teams to deliver tailored customer experiences
- Develop and implement target project plans to increase market share
- Coordinate with Schindler Branches to deliver advice and modernisation proposals
- Respond to modernisation pricing requests for relationship-critical projects
Requirements
- Strong experience in sales, marketing, and operational management
- Previous experience in business development, key accounts, or contract management
- Experience in the vertical transportation (VT) or construction industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate requirements for both internal and external stakeholders
- Degree or diploma in marketing, engineering, construction, or business-related discipline
- Solution-focused mindset with strong communication and influencing skills
