About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take full accountability and ownership of customer P&Ls, including forecasting, commercial planning, and budget management
  • Manage day-to-day business operations with National On Trade & Luxury Wholesalers
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of customer and category data to derive specific strategies and measures
  • Develop customer-specific commercial and marketing concepts, including support for new product launches and sales campaigns
  • Achieve and increase sales, turnover, and key metric indicators while identifying market opportunities
  • Plan and conduct annual negotiations and foster strong relationships across channel partners
  • Collaborate closely with the On Trade field team and internal interfaces such as Commercial Finance and Marketing

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or comparable professional experience
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager at a national level
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and assertive communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-centric approach
  • Fluency in both Danish and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the FMCG industry
  • Cross-functional experience in a fast-paced consumer goods environment
