About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the KAM team and develop Key Account Manager competencies
- Set goals, motivate the team, and monitor task implementation
- Build and implement cooperation strategies with national key clients
- Take responsibility for sales and margin plan realization
- Maintain long-term, positive relationships with business partners
- Acquire new key clients in the HoReCa sector
- Lead key negotiations and support the team in the negotiation process
- Monitor the market, analyze data, and recommend actions to increase sales efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments including sales, purchasing, controlling, and logistics
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Experience in a similar position within the FMCG or HoReCa industry
- Strong knowledge of the gastronomic market and key clients
- Experience in strategy building and conducting national-level negotiations
- Strong result orientation and business decision-making skills
- Developed analytical, sales, and negotiation skills
- Team management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good command of English
- Category B driver's license
