About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver Joint Business Plans (JBP) including pricing, promotion, distribution, and brand content for National Accounts
- Manage the Customer P&L and contribute to financial targets such as NSV, GP, ROI, and Value Share
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure brand visibility and shopper engagement
- Negotiate to achieve financial, distribution, and visibility targets
- Manage regular business processes including monthly performance reviews and annual planning
- Complete pre and post-evaluation of promotions and marketing activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in National Account management
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of commercial acumen and analytical ability
- Ability to develop creative activation plans to drive rate of sale and distribution
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and forecasting/data tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
