National Hospital Field Force Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Hospital Field Force team across Vietnam to achieve ETC sales and revenue targets.
• Develop annual revenue plans, forecasts, and actionable sales strategies aligned with company directions.
• Manage territory assignments and set realistic, challenging sales targets for individual team members.
• Monitor team performance through systematic reporting, regular one-on-one meetings, and constructive coaching.
• Strengthen talent capabilities through recruitment, direction, and structured talent development planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key hospital stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Operations, and other internal departments to integrate product strategies.
• Ensure all field force activities comply with relevant laws, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medical field (advanced degree is a plus).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performance teams.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of medical terminology and disease areas.
• Established relationships with hospitals in Vietnam.
• Ability to travel domestically or overseas based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Ophthalmology is highly preferred.
• Specific experience within the relevant therapeutic area.
