Responsibilities

• Map the entire lending scenario and establish strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Real Estate Debt/Equity Funds, and Investors
• Take full responsibility for the deal cycle post-origination, including business selection, IM preparation, structuring, and pitching
• Manage the process from term-sheet/sanctions through to documentation and fee collection
• Lead and manage teams to drive results and maintain performance standards
• Build a deep knowledge base on real estate sector trends, opportunities, and valuation insights
• Work with Regional Directors to manage strategies and P&L for the real estate business

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience with Banks, NBFCs, or Real Estate AIFs
• Chartered Accountant qualification (1st or 2nd attempt preferred)
• Deep knowledge of the real estate wholesale lending business
• Proven ability to create relationships, understand risk, and close complex transactions
• Demonstrated leadership skills and high professional maturity
• Strong bias for action and goal orientation
