National Fleet Maintenance & Reliability Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive industrial excellence and asset performance across bulk fleets through strategic maintenance frameworks
• Define and implement national reliability strategies and maintenance roadmaps
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure maximum asset availability and "zero-breakdown" mindsets
• Oversee VITT maintenance processes, including spare parts management and technical standardization
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to improve fleet availability and optimize OPEX/CAPEX spend
• Manage digital transformation by integrating IT/OT products and advanced digital tools
• Act as a technical authority for troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and crisis management
• Ensure compliance with PESO and transport vehicle regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s of Engineering or Technology in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
• 8 to 10 years of experience in fleet maintenance
• Experience in crisis management within the Transportation or Cryogenics industry
• Proficiency in using MAXIMO for fleet maintenance and history tracking
• Strong knowledge of VITT maintenance processes
• Deep understanding of PESO and Transport vehicles compliance
• Strong decision-making skills and a focus on execution
