National Financial Solutions Advisor I

Responsibilities

• Provide investment, banking, and lending advice to clients within a contact center environment to help them achieve their financial goals
• Leverage the Bank of America and Merrill offering model to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
• Collaborate with business partners to provide end-to-end advice and recommend strategies for client life priorities
• Set clear expectations to ensure a smooth transition and continuation of the client relationship
• Incorporate relevant regulatory due diligence into daily tasks and long-term client strategies

Requirements

• Series 7 license required
• Series 66 license or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently with diverse clients
• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years of experience in the financial services industry or a metrics-based sales environment
• Experience assessing client needs and managing professional relationships
• Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a demanding environment
