National Financial Solutions Advisor I

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice and solutions including investment, banking, and lending to clients within a contact center environment
• Leverage the Bank of America and Merrill offering model to help clients achieve financial goals
• Collaborate with business partners to deliver comprehensive enterprise solutions
• Set clear expectations to ensure smooth transitions and continued client relationships
• Incorporate relevant regulatory due diligence into daily tasks and long-term client strategies

Requirements

• Series 7 required
• Series 66 or equivalent (must be obtained within 90 days of hire if not currently held)
• Proven experience in a sales role with the ability to nurture client relationships
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with diverse clients
• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and capacity planning skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years of experience in the financial services industry or a metrics-based sales environment
• Experience assessing client needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions
• Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a demanding environment
