National Director of Government and Public Transformation Program

Responsibilities

• Lead the National Program of Government and Public Transformation (LTP) by overseeing academic quality and continuous curriculum improvement.
• Teach courses related to political science, data science, or public innovation according to assigned academic loads.
• Define and monitor educational quality standards across all campuses where the program is offered.
• Develop and execute strategic differentiation and positioning plans for the program at national and international levels.
• Establish and consolidate strategic partnerships, research programs, and international agreements (double degrees, professional stays, etc.).
• Lead the process for academic accreditations, certifications, and international rankings.
• Collaborate with faculty leadership to attract top talent and organize high-impact academic events such as symposia and congresses.

Requirements

• PhD in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Academic experience in public policy analysis, data science, and advanced computational methods (AI).
• Professional experience in government, the private sector, universities, or civil society organizations.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) with the ability to teach in English.
• Experience in public innovation or public entrepreneurship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multidisciplinary academic profiles.
• Experience in managing large-scale academic programs or international institutional relations.
