National Director of Financial Engineering Program

Responsibilities

• Lead the National Financial Engineering Program to ensure academic excellence and curriculum innovation.
• Design and deliver rigorous learning experiences aligned with international academic standards.
• Strengthen and update the Financial Engineering program to maintain academic differentiation.
• Generate institutional impact through relevant research, academic production, and professional networking.
• Collaborate strategically with the academic faculty to consolidate the positioning of the School of Engineering and Sciences.
• Ensure the curriculum responds to professional market demands and contemporary technological trends.

Requirements

• PhD in Industrial Engineering or a related field (e.g., Operations Research, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Control Theory).
• Proven academic experience in higher education teaching or postgraduate instruction.
• Minimum English proficiency level of B2 to facilitate international academic collaboration and instruction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in academic management and program coordination.
• Expertise in curricular design and educational program development.
