National Contracts Administrator

Responsibilities

• Review contract and project files to resolve ambiguities prior to contract setup
• Process contract billing for installation and modernisation projects
• Manage service contract setups in SAP and Optimus, including data entry for conversions and recoveries
• Notify relevant stakeholders of new contract setups
• Perform monthly audit checks on service contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Order and process bank guarantees for customers
• Provide cross-functional support across various contract types

Requirements

• Strong financial administration background with a solid understanding of contracts
• High attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers
• Proven ability to manage workloads across multiple stakeholders
• Previous ERP experience, with SAP experience strongly preferred
• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
