About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the National Contracts Administration team to provide high-quality support to branches and customers
- Oversee end-to-end contract administration, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance across all service contracts
- Manage contract set-up, changes, and maintenance using systems such as SAP and Optimus
- Ensure financial integrity through contract billing oversight, reconciliations, and audit processes
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of contract data to ensure compliance
- Provide training, coaching, and development support to team members and branch stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and systems
- Promote and drive a strong safety culture aligned with company OH&S standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in a contracts administration or accounts role, preferably within construction or a related industry
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage, coach, and develop a team
- Diploma in a business-related discipline (degree preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of contracts, contract lifecycle management, and financial processes
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (particularly contracts) and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
