About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales & Partnerships team by driving client acquisition and managing two-way referrals between Scotia iTRADE and Wealth Management channels.
  • Cultivate and build relationships with front-line sales representatives and leaders across Scotiabank and Wealth Management business lines.
  • Contact targeted Scotia iTRADE clients or prospects to introduce investment solutions and deepen banking relationships.
  • Drive brand awareness through client education and support initiatives, both in-person and virtually.
  • Develop and maintain tailored training resources and guides to support partner and client inquiries.
  • Manage partnership initiatives to develop new business opportunities and accelerate Total Wealth delivery.
  • Ensure all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and operational risk frameworks.

Requirements

  • University degree or work equivalency.
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a sales, relationship, or account management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Wealth Management and Banking products and competitor offerings.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
  • Bilingualism in English and French.
