About the role

Responsibilities

  • Exceed territory quota
  • Manage all aspects of the VAR relationship with Presidio and SHI
  • Lead business planning, product training, marketing events, and demand generation
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers to grow revenue through National re-sellers
  • Develop and implement regional business plans
  • Recruit new partners in under-leveraged regions
  • Create tools and internal processes to enhance the channel program
  • Coordinate channel enablement, SE training, and inside sales activities
  • Manage Deal Registration, Non-Standard Pricing, and Spiff Payments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a CAM or Account Manager working with resellers
  • Proven hunter mentality with ability to engage partner executives
  • Existing executive-level relationships with key partners in the region
  • Direct experience working with Strategic Partners such as Presidio and SHI
  • Deep understanding of the reseller business model
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce.com
  • Ability to travel 60%+

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
