National Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with strategic growth customers through market research and competitor analysis
• Lead and manage the end-to-end tender and bid process, ensuring all key milestones are met
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Legal, Safety, Commercial, and Senior Leadership Teams to execute growth strategies
• Develop and enhance presentation content for submission responses to highlight unique value propositions
• Manage and maintain a robust business development pipeline

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in a complex logistics environment
• Proven experience managing successful tenders and bid processes
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Excellent proposal writing and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of cost-to-serve inputs
• Ability to interpret data, identify operational solutions, and drive continuous improvement
