About the role
Responsibilities
- Own, monitor, and drive all sales activities, including preparing quotations and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Align sales efforts with National Sales and Marketing Managers, pricing, and business development teams.
- Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing and products.
- Report customer feedback to customer service teams to support issue resolution.
- Maintain and update relevant customer information within internal CRM systems.
- Focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high service quality.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop long-term business strategies.
- Experience leading commercial negotiations and creating high-quality business proposals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional public speaking, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a sizeable pipeline and work autonomously.
