National Brand Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Transform consumer data and market research into actionable insights to drive brand affinity and consumption
• Develop and implement country-specific advertising plans with strong digital and social media integration
• Lead product and packaging innovation launches in collaboration with sales, finance, and international HQ
• Manage creative and media agencies to ensure high-quality output and optimal value-for-money
• Support the annual business plan by managing financial budgets, P&L, and brand-specific KPIs
• Train and support marketing peers and cross-functional teams on brand tools and initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of proven brand marketing experience within the FMCG sector
• Proven ability to interpret Nielsen data and T&A metrics to monitor brand health and market share
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends
• Demonstrated leadership experience in building and nurturing high-performing teams
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills for managing agency and internal relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous learning and delivering quality results
