National Accounts Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-site fire protection and life safety projects including electronic security, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler work
• Manage project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change order management
• Establish and enforce quality standards and conduct site walks and commissioning oversight
• Produce daily field reports and program-level status reporting for stakeholders
• Coordinate internal technicians, subcontractors, and third-party vendors
• Manage procurement coordination and equipment delivery logistics
• Lead customer-facing communications including kickoff meetings and executive reviews
• Travel 50%+ to customer sites nationwide to oversee installations and resolve field issues

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in construction, low-voltage, MEP, or trades-adjacent environments
• Proven command of schedule development, cost management, and risk management
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-state programs for enterprise customers
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar tools
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time nationwide
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Industry experience with electronic security systems, fire alarm, or fire sprinkler systems
• Familiarity with NFPA standards and AHJ processes
