About the role
Responsibilities
- Comply with the Order Coordination process to maximise invoicing opportunities
- Ensure PI and OB top line and GP is accurately represented in spreadsheets and AS400
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding order milestones
- Maintain accuracy in AS400, the Lead Order Database, and Order Coordinator spreadsheets
- Track incoming rental units and coordinate with Branches for workshop processing
- Hold Branches accountable for delivery commitments and escalate potential delays
