National Account Sales Director-Parts

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to drive revenue and profit growth for national account parts sales
• Manage customer and dealer relationships across all functional areas
• Work directly with customer leadership in sales, parts, service, and procurement
• Manage, motivate, train, and develop all direct reports
• Develop strategic action plans for assigned customers to grow market share
• Travel up to 75% to support customer interface and business development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of sales experience, OR Master's degree with 5 years of sales experience, OR 10 years of sales experience
• At least 3 years of leadership or lead experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in heavy-duty truck industry
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
• Experience in OE account management for large customers
• Proven ability to present to and build relationships with high-level executives
• Background in commercial sales and account management
