National Account Sales Director - Leasing

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and dealer relationships across all functional areas
• Execute sales strategies to drive revenue and profit growth within the leasing segment
• Manage all aspects of the sales process and develop action plans for assigned customers
• Work directly with customer leadership across sales, parts, service, and procurement
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop direct reports
• Coordinate all aspects of the customer interface for sales, parts, and service
• Travel up to 75% to support national accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of sales experience and 3 years of lead experience
• OR Master's degree with 5 years of sales experience and 3 years of lead experience
• OR 10 years of sales experience and 3 years of lead experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically strong Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in OE account management for large customers
• Heavy-duty truck experience in the leasing segment
• Proven ability to present to high-level executives and leadership
• Strong relationship-building and commercial account management skills
