About the role

Responsibilities

  • Expand business within pre-assigned territories by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts through consultative sales.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, contracts, price increases, and renewals.
  • Develop and execute account-specific strategies to win national and regional business in manufacturing and industrial markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers to increase revenue and profits through service changes.
  • Coordinate with Field Operations and Customer Service to resolve customer needs and problems.
  • Create professional presentations for key sales customers and prospects.
  • Monitor and communicate sales performance against established goals and metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sciences, or Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in selling outsourced services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel extensively (approximately 50% overnight travel).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and DEA regulatory environments.
  • Established relationships with C-level, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Procurement, or Supply Chain functions.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
