National Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop assigned accounts in alignment with company objectives
• Oversee full financial performance including P&L ownership, forecasting, and optimization of promotional and trade spend
• Develop and execute customer-specific plans to support long-term growth, profit, and brand visibility
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key retail accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor to balance customer and company priorities
• Analyze data and insights to identify commercial opportunities and drive meaningful action
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a National Account Manager within FMCG or Consumer Goods
• Demonstrated success managing specialty retailers, department stores, or grocery channels
• Proven commercial and financial acumen with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Strong analytical capability to translate insights into actionable commercial strategies
• Proactive mindset with solid negotiation and organizational skills
