About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth for assigned National On-Premise accounts through Joint Business Planning (JBP) and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Act as the primary face of the brand portfolio, ensuring premium positioning in the National On-Premise space.
- Manage full P&L for accounts, including trade spend, promotional investment, ROI evaluation, and budget maintenance.
- Translate market trends and category insights into compelling commercial stories to drive partner profitability.
- Collaborate with brand, finance, marketing, and regional teams to ensure flawless execution of national programs.
- Lead, coach, and manage the performance and career development of direct reports.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of successful sales or key account management experience within the Alcohol/Beverage or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing large National Accounts at a corporate level, including trading terms and tender processes.
- Demonstrated experience in people management, coaching, and driving team results.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and generate incremental profit streams.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, engaging narratives for customers and senior executives.
