About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within large national accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Work closely with internal departments like Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics
  • Create customized solutions tailored to national account requirements
  • Negotiate business contracts and collaborate with legal on terms and conditions
  • Manage and lead a team of high performing sales representatives
  • Develop and execute national account plans to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Act as the main point of contact for national accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in account management or sales
  • Experience in the commercial sector
  • Previous industry experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with high level negotiations
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed
