About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Tesco account within the Off Trade Channel, taking full P&L ownership and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
  • Deliver best-in-class execution plans covering price, promotion, distribution, feature, NPD, and brand content.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment.
  • Develop and nurture core internal and external relationships, including managing S&OP forecasting.
  • Activate brands within the account to ensure superior visibility and shopper excitement compared to competitors.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, including monthly performance updates and annual Bottom-Up Plan creation.
  • Perform pre and post-evaluation of all promotions and marketing activities.
  • Take a leadership role by coaching and building capability within the wider channel team.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to form strong relationships and negotiate best-in-class commercial plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Competency in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and various forecasting/data tools.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively to develop activation plans that drive rate of sale and distribution across Retail, Convenience, and Online channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the Off Trade channel or FMCG sector.
  • A "founder's mentality" with a proactive, self-starting approach to problem-solving.
