About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new account relationships through leads, cold calls, and internal sources
  • Maintain and grow acquired new business to maximize revenue growth
  • Analyze customer and market needs, pricing models, and network operations input
  • Navigate newly acquired accounts to upsell and cross-sell using a solutions-based selling approach
  • Align and build value with strategic decision-makers, including C-suite executives and product owners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a similar field
  • 4+ years of experience in strategic, technical, and business communications application sales
  • Proven success in business development for new logo acquisition
  • Demonstrated track record of closing deals of $1MM or more
  • Willingness to travel intermittently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in solution selling, CPaaS, UCaaS, or SaaS services
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Entrepreneurial background or experience in Technical/Product Management
  • Familiarity with Value Selling methodologies
