NAND Designer/Layout

Responsibilities

• Build the base die of NAND flash memory.
• Run circuit simulations using industry-standard EDA tools such as FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG.
• Analyze and optimize timing, area, and power aspects in NAND flash builds.
• Support new NAND product opportunities through the design, implementation, and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits.
• Collaborate closely with layout design and verification teams to ensure technical alignment.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Proven ability to innovate and solve technical challenges in high-performance memory development.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to explain complex and sophisticated technical concepts clearly and logically.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of NAND Flash operation and various NAND Flash product generations.
• Extensive experience in the memory industry.
• Master's degree (MS) with 5+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree (BS) with 10+ years of experience.
• A proactive and diligent team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
