About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, and evaluate chip architecture and Core circuit structures for high performance NAND flash
- Conduct feasibility studies for advanced 3-dimensional NAND memories
- Evaluate circuits using HSPICE, PRIMESIM, and VERILOG simulations
- Perform silicon evaluation upon arrival
Requirements
- MS or BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 8 or more years of relevant experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in non-volatile memory design (NAND flash memory cell operation)
- Strong device background
- Experience evaluating new process technologies for design use
