Named Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 20 named enterprise accounts to drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new business acquisition
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify expansion opportunities within an existing book of business
• Partner with the channel community and ecosystem partners to gain access to new white space accounts
• Deliver quarterly Customer Business Reviews and secure renewals by educating clients on the Proofpoint roadmap
• Maintain high levels of sales activity, including customer/partner meetings and dedicated prospecting hours
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain clean Salesforce reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience selling complex cybersecurity solutions or related fields
• Proven track record of managing medium to large enterprise accounts
• Experience working with Channel Partners and selling via two-tier distribution
• Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity and ability to conduct executive-level selling (CISO, CIO, etc.)
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver value-based, use-case-driven solutions
• Must reside in Cincinnati, OH
