NAM Futures Strategy Salesperson, Director

Responsibilities

• Refine and implement sales strategies to expand Citi's client footprint and maximize revenue
• Develop marketing plans with defined priorities, market penetration, and revenue goals
• Create proprietary research and analysis to provide value to target Institutional Clients
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients by formulating investment strategies and raising capital
• Serve as an intermediary in trading for clients and assist in capital markets fundraising
• Partner with control functions including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit to ensure robust governance
• Maintain high standards of ethics, risk assessment, and adherence to the Citi Code of Conduct

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience within a financial services organization
• Proven experience in client-facing roles working with the buy-side community
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree
• Must possess or be able to obtain required licenses: Series 3, 7, 55, and 63
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Broad existing client relationships within the financial sector
