Nail Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail, hand, and foot treatments in accordance with Tenaya Stone Spa protocols
• Perform all spa treatments and services as defined by the position
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and spa policies
• Properly care for equipment and manage product usage to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Perform prep work, including cleaning and restocking treatment rooms
• Actively promote spa treatments, services, retail products, and special promotions
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally to ensure complete satisfaction
• Attend mandatory training to stay current on spa policies, procedures, and industry trends

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Must hold and maintain a valid California Nail Technician license
• Previous experience working in a spa or hotel environment
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent guest service skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Ability to handle sensitive situations independently using service recovery methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge
