Nail Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail services, including gel manicures, adhering to company protocols and high luxury standards
• Offer detailed home care prescriptions and product recommendations to guests after each service
• Maintain workstation cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization in accordance with state laws and spa policies
• Promote spa treatments, retail products, and seasonal promotions to meet revenue and guest retention goals
• Perform necessary prep work, including cleaning and restocking stations
• Attend scheduled departmental meetings, trainings, and workshops

Requirements

• Valid state license to perform nail services
• Training from an accredited or approved nail school
• 12 to 18 months of experience in a high-end resort or urban day spa environment preferred
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests
• Computer literacy
