Nail Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail services, including gel manicures, adhering to company protocols and high standards.
• Offer detailed home care recommendations and prescriptions to guests after each service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation according to sanitation and sterilization standards.
• Promote spa treatments, retail products, packages, and seasonal promotions to drive revenue and guest retention.
• Educate guests on services and products while maintaining a deep understanding of nail anatomy and contraindications.
• Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and workshops to ensure service excellence.

Requirements

• Must possess an applicable state license to perform nail services.
• Completion of training from an accredited or approved nail school.
• 12 to 18 months of experience in a high-end resort or urban day spa environment is preferred.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have valid US work authorization.
• Strong communication skills and computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled in nail art.
• Previous experience in a luxury spa environment.
