NAC Consumables Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage product and project priorities for the NAC Consumables team
• Supervise, coach, and mentor assigned staff
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the safe use of hazardous chemicals in a manufacturing environment
• Maintain equipment functionality and schedule maintenance activities
• Write and review manufacturing procedures and work instructions
• Manage raw material availability and inventory using management systems
• Interface with QC, QA, and packaging support groups for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing team management experience
• Experience in an ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 certified QMS environment
• Working knowledge of Lean or Continuous Improvement concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
• Proven leadership skills in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to hire, train, and develop employees

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2 years of experience as a Packaging Support Lead or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
