NA Operations Project Manager III

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project life cycle for major operational initiatives, from initiation through deployment.
• Define project scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress using various project management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• Implement change management strategies and provide coaching to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Assess project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present comprehensive status reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, or a comparable field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience in a corporate environment, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects involving manufacturing, supply chain, or facilities.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Must be a US citizen or US permanent resident.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience managing facility expansions, relocations, or manufacturing footprint changes.
