N1 CVD Maintenance Group Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage constraint tools, set team priorities, and allocate resources to ensure maximum area performance and safety
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and process failures across the CVD equipment fleet
• Promote a safe, collaborative work environment and drive a root cause problem-solving culture
• Audit compliance with all standard work documents and procedures
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive continuous improvement projects
• Monitor day-to-day activities including Safety, Quality, 5S, cost control, and parts ordering
• Lead effective equipment passdowns to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
• Participate in area meetings, cross-functional teams, and supplier meetings

Requirements

One of the following technical qualifications must be met:

• Associate degree or Technical Certification from an accredited institution
• Completion of 2 years toward a Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of area technical experience
• Military Technical School with 3+ years of area technical experience
• Bachelor's degree (non-technical) with 2+ years of area technical experience

Additional requirements:

• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
• Proven root cause problem-solving mentality
• Previous leadership experience may qualify in lieu of a degree
