Responsibilities

• Visit establishments to anonymously evaluate the customer experience
• Complete detailed reports regarding service, environment, and staff performance
• Record evidence such as photos or receipts as required
• Meet deadlines for evaluation submissions
• Conduct audits across various sectors including hospitality, retail, banking, and telecommunications

Requirements

• Minimum 12th-grade education preferred
• Basic computer literacy
• Access to a smartphone or computer with internet access
• Strong writing skills for report completion
• Must have 'Recibos Verdes' (self-employed status) or single act invoice capability
• Must possess individual work insurance
• Experience in service evaluation is a plus
