MWR Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain an integrated recreation service program 24/7 to support Community Services at Prince Sultan Air Base.
• Provide recreational services support across fitness center, learning resource center, MWR center, theater, marketing, media center, and ITT operations.
• Manage NAF re-sale operations, including inventory of merchandise and consumables, ensuring compliance with local operating instructions.
• Protect cash and assets in compliance with the Installation Resource Protection Program and NAF Cash Handling instructions.
• Manage and work with a diverse, international, and multi-skilled workforce to ensure successful service delivery to approximately 4,000 personnel.
• Safeguard all government and contractor-provided property, including facilities, equipment, and data.
• Ensure all contractual performance objectives and required submittals are met.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience on similar projects.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Valid U.S. Passport book (with at least 13 months validity and 6 blank visa pages).
• Ability to meet CENTCOM MOD-15 theater requirements.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Preferred Qualifications

• USAF FSS (3F1X1) AFSC or MWR Armed Forces experience.
• Some college education.
• CPR and first aid certifications.
• Experience in contingency environments and working with government contracts.
