Musketeer Scout - On Premise Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a Red Bull Ambassador by showcasing the premium brand and nurturing relationships with key influencers and business partners.
• Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities within your assigned market.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop ingenious strategies to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull.
• Serve as an indispensable business consultant to established customers, providing insightful observations and strategic considerations.
• Negotiate strong, mutually beneficial partnership agreements to drive long-term growth and increase product availability.
• Execute national programs and activate brand marketing assets to drive relevance and consumption.

Requirements

• Established contacts within the industry or the ability to build them quickly.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to analyze customer data to develop value-driven initiatives.
• Proficiency in iPhone, iPad, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to lift and/or move items weighing 25 pounds or more.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, catering, or marketing.
