About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to customers in accordance with the service code
- Arrange and classify merchandise on shelves
- Regularly modify product presentations
- Participate in the management of supplier displays
- Regularly check and adjust displayed product prices
Requirements
- High school diploma (DES)
- Relevant experience in a retail store
- Passion for customer service
- Deep knowledge in at least two of the following: Sound systems, Software, Interface, Keyboard, Guitar, Bass, Amplifier, Multi-effects, Drums, Percussion
