Music Hall Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the live music venue to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth event execution
• Manage front-of-house operations, including staff supervision, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Control financial performance by managing labor costs, F&B, and liquor expenses to meet budgetary expectations
• Coordinate with production, security, and venue teams to maintain safety standards and House of Blues brand excellence
• Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol policies and procedures
• Manage staff scheduling and conduct regular departmental meetings and training seminars

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in high-volume club operations
• 1-2 years of supervisory or operational management experience
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent state/county license)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• College Degree in a related field
• T.I.P.S. Certification or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification
