Music Hall Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the House of Blues Anaheim music hall to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth event execution
• Manage front-of-house venue operations, including staff supervision and coordination with production and security teams
• Control financial performance by managing labor costs, F&B, and liquor expenses to meet budgetary expectations
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, including conducting annual evaluations and maintaining appropriate staffing levels
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service policies and procedures
• Maintain venue standards for housekeeping, environmental quality, and service excellence
• Coordinate and oversee private and special events according to specific requirements

Requirements

• 1-3 years of high-volume experience in fine dining, restaurant, or club operations
• 1-2 years of supervisory or operational management experience
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent state/county license)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• College Degree in a related field
• T.I.P.S. Certification or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification
