Music Hall Cocktail Server

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs by suggestingively selling beverages and menu items
• Deliver drinks and food by maneuvering trays through large, crowded environments
• Communicate drink orders to the bar using the Point of Sales system
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, clearing dirty dishes, and cleaning spills
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by requesting identification and monitoring guest intoxication levels
• Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions according to company policy
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the work area

Requirements

• 3 years of customer service experience in a positive, people-facing environment
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
• Working knowledge of cocktail tray service, basic food service, and drink recipes
• Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move up to 25 lbs
• Ability to handle intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a live music or high-volume entertainment environment
• Previous experience with cash handling
• Proven ability to recognize valid identification
