Music Hall Busser

Responsibilities

• Perform table maintenance and opening/running/closing duties according to service standards
• Maintain Music Hall cleanliness by cleaning spills, managing trash, and keeping floors free of obstacles
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
• Safely transport bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs to the dish room
• Keep ice bins, lines, and workstations stocked and parred throughout the shift
• Follow kitchen sanitation standards and standard operating procedures
• Assist other employees as needed and participate in scheduled special events

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations or food service
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards
• Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud, and high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Spanish
• Previous experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Experience as an Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environment
